Q: When I bought your SFT-190E STB (Set Top Box) a couple of months ago, it came with a manual . Today, I realized that I have misplaced it somewhere in the house and cannot find it . If it is the case that my dog ate it, how and where can I get a new manual for my STB?
A: On our official website ( http://www.digitallworld.com ), there is a download link under the Support menu. There you will be able to find the correct manual download link for your product. Downloading manuals or S/Ws is very simple, it is only one mouse click away!

| Q: My friends keep telling me that I need to upgrade my receiver's s/w version, but I do not know what they mean by ˇ°upgrading the s/w versionˇ± . How can your customers upgrade their s/w version ? Do they need to purchase a new s/w version to do so?
A: First of all, you need to check your system information - such as the model name, h/w version and boot version. This information can be found very easily by following the steps below;
1. Press the ˇ°MENUˇ± button on the remote control unit of your STB (receiver).
2. When the main menu displays several sub-menus, select the ˇ°Setupˇ± menu.
3. Select the ˇ°Other Settingˇ± menu where the ˇ°System informationˇ± menu can be found.
4. This ˇ°System Informationˇ± menu will display the required information .
After checking and verifying the system information, you can download the S/W version you need from our company website. The downloading procedure is as below;
1. Connect the serial cable between your PC (COM 1) and the Set Top Box. Check that the serial port and COM 1 port work.
2. Check that the Set Top Box is turned OFF.
3.
Double Click the download program (DWSU.exe).
4. Click the ˇ°Downˇ± icon and select the bin file.
5. Turn on the Set Top Box .
6. See if the progressive bar in the download window works .
7. Lastly, select ˇ°Factory Resetˇ± on the menu .

| Q: Do you have any special s/w that may enable my SCI ? 900 set top box display Greek letters on the screen? My grandmother only speaks Greek and it seems that she has trouble operating the SCI ? 900, which does not support the Greek language.
A: Our DAW receivers support 13 different languages (i.e. Arabic, Czech, Croatian, Dutch, English, French, German, Italian, Spanish, Turkish, Portuguese, Parsi and Russian). Unfortunately, DAW STBs do not support the Greek language at the moment , but do not be disappointed. By early next year, it will be possible for DAB STBs (Set top Box) to support the Greek language as it has already been planned and is under progress.

Q: I have recently bought a SCI-190 STB and my SCI ? 190 RCU (Remote Control Unit) does not seem to be working. I have checked the batteries, and personally, I cannot find a problem with it. What should I do in this situation?
A: At this stage, we cannot tell you what the problem with your RCU is. We have, however, two suggestions

| Q: I have recently bought a receiver SFT-2000, and after a couple of days, I noticed that an increasing number of channels were vanishing (getting scrambled). Can you tell me what is happening? Am I the only one experiencing this problem? If not, what is the solution to this problem?
A: There are a number of factors which can cause the channel reception problem ;
- It may be an old s/w related problem, in which case we encourage you to upgrade your s/w to a newer version.
- It may be a problem of other h/w device failures, such as the satellite antennae, power adaptor, connection cable etc.

It may be other technical problems unknown to us. In this case, our dedicated tech personnel and customer service team will try our very best to find the solution to your problem.
